LÁZARO CÁRDENAS, Mich. 29 de junio de 2019.- En reunión de coordinación dentro del marco de la Zona Federal Marítima, con representantes de los ayuntamientos de Aquila, Coahuayana y Lázaro Cárdenas, Elías González Ruelas, director General de Política Tributaria, de la Secretaría de Finanzas y Administración recibió los proyectos que presentó cada municipio, los cuales fueron estudiados y aprobados algunos de ellos en el comité sobre todo temas de desarrollo urbano, limpieza de las playas y mejoramiento de las calles.
Se recordó que la ZOFEMAT es un fondo que se integra con recurso federal, estatal y municipal, “el tema es que todos los trabajadores de la zona y restaurantes pagan impuestos a cada uno de los municipios, de ese recurso una parte de ello se canaliza al gobierno del estado y el gobierno del estado de cada peso que aporta el municipio, él aporta otro peso y se envía a la federación a la SHCP ya integrado este fondo la federación aporta un peso más”. Explicó González Ruelas.
“Ese dinero lo regresa el gobierno federal y el gobierno del estado lo canaliza para cada uno de los ayuntamientos y ese es un recurso en específico que se utiliza para el desarrollo de éstas obras, regularmente son obras de infraestructura de limpieza”, puntualizó el director de Política Tributaria.
De esta manera, el proyecto que propuso la instalación de una decena de contenedores para la zona de playa cuyo costo asciende a los 370 mil pesos, presentado por Juan José Fabres Alonso, titular del departamento de Zonas Federales, fue autorizado para el municipio de Lázaro Cárdenas, por parte del Comité de Zonas Federales, Marítimas Terrestres (ZOFEMAT).
Asimismo, dicho comité autorizó al municipio de Coahuayana, el mantenimiento, preservación y limpieza marítima y terrestre, con un valor de 140 mil pesos. En el caso de Aquila, éste tendrá que ser modificado para su aprobación.
