Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán, 19 julio, 2019.- Luego de un encuentro sostenido entre autoridades de los tres ordenes de gobierno, con pescadores de la región, se acordó realizar un muestreo de agua de mar, en 4 puntos de las costas de Lázaro Cárdenas, a fin de detectar la presencia de metales pesados que pudiera atentar contra el medio ambiente, pruebas que estuvieron a cargo de la Comisión Estatal de Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios (Coepris).
Su titular Mohamed Alí Ferreira Silva, informo que se trata de la toma de 4 muestras de agua, las cuales fueron tomadas en la salida del conocido yesoducto de la empresa Fertinal, para determinar si existe la presencia de plomo, arsénico, cadmio, aluminio y probablemente cromo y hierro, pero será la propia Secretaria de Salud de Michoacán quien de a conocer los resultados del muestreo.
“Se acudió el día miércoles 10 de julio y se entregaron las muestras al laboratorio estatal de Morelia, el día 11 de julio, los cuales se entregaran el día 24 del mismo mes, los cuales se darán a conocer en las reuniones del seguimiento que se realizan con el sector pesquero de la región”, señalo.
Adelantó que de salir alguna alteración en alguno de estudios por algunos los metales se dará paso a nuevos estudios para los cuales se muestrearán productos de mar.
