Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán.- Graves afectaciones causan las lluvias ocasionadas por el canal de baja presión que se extiende desde el noroeste hasta el occidente del país, en interacción con la Onda Tropical Número 13, en regiones de la sierra-costa de Michoacán.
Desde temprana hora, en el municipio de Lázaro Cárdenas, las intensas precipitaciones ocasionaron afectaciones en calles y avenidas de la cabecera municipal y tenencias.
En la Avenida Prolongación Tulipanes, el nivel del agua llegó al metro de altura, lo que impidió la circulación y ocasionó que una camioneta, donde viajaba una familia, quedara varada.
En otros puntos como las Avenidas Francisco Noyola y Heroica Escuela Naval Militar, también se reportaron inundaciones, por lo que personal del Ayuntamiento procedió a la limpieza y destape de alcantarillas.
En tenencias como Buenos Aires, a la altura del Fraccionamiento Puerto Nuevo, ciudadanos sufrieron también los estragos de las lluvias, pues el nivel del agua impidió la circulación vial.
En la región sierra, las afectaciones se reportaron en la cabecera municipal de Múgica. Los primeros reportes, indican inundaciones en el mercado principal, domicilios y negocios en la zona centro de la localidad de Nueva Italia.
Al respecto, el Gobierno Municipal de Múgica informó que a través del personal de Servicios Públicos Municipales, la Dirección de Seguridad Pública, Protección Civil y Cuerpo de Bomberos Voluntarios de Múgica, auxiliaron a la población afectada.
Todas estas corporaciones realizaron también labores de supervisión y limpieza de canales y alcantarillas.
